ECCP Program Override

  1. During display of BCM data on FDC panel (See BCM DATA PARAMETERS  under SELF-DIAGNOSTICS in this article), ECCP will display a 2-digit number that represents various levels of heating and cooling effort. As "F.8.0" first appears on the FDC, ECCP will begin displaying the program number currently being used by the climate control system. As operating conditions change, number will automatically change in response.
  2. Automatic calculation of program number can be by-passed using the manual override feature, initiated by depressing WARMER and COOLER buttons on ECCP. This manual override system allows service technician to control program number between "0" (maximum A/C) and "100" (maximum heat), and simultaneously observe reaction of any BCM data parameter.
