Fuel Delivery Operation

Fuel delivery system consists of an electric in-tank fuel pump (integral with fuel sending unit), fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, fuel injectors and fuel lines. Fuel is supplied to engine through 2 electronically pulsed (timed) injector valves located in throttle body on top of intake manifold. The ECM controls amount of fuel metered through injectors based upon engine demand information.
