Installation Procedure

- Install the engine coolant fan (5) along with the engine coolant fan motor.
- Install the 3 engine coolant fan motor bolts (1) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
- Clip the coolant fan wiring harness to the engine coolant fan shroud clips (4).
- Clip the engine coolant fan resistor (3) to the engine coolant fan shroud (2).
- Install the engine coolant fan shroud (1) to the radiator.
- Clip the engine coolant fan shroud to the 4 mounting points (2).
- Position the engine coolant fan wiring harness (6). Clip the engine coolant fan wiring harness to the 7 wiring harness clips (1, 5 and 7).
- Connect the engine coolant fan resistor wiring harness plug (2).
- Install the A/C compressor and condenser hose to the compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement .
- Install the brake booster vacuum hose to the intake manifold.
- Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
- Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
