Installation (Front)

  1. Install the new trim panel retainers to the trim panel.
  2. Connect the electrical connectors as equipped.
  3. Position the top of the trim panel at the window opening and press down. See Fig 1.
  4. Press on the trim panel in order to secure the fasteners into the door.
  5. Install the armrest pull cup screws. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems. Tighten the armrest pull cup screws to 18 INCH lbs. (2 N.m).
  6. Install the cover over the pull cup screws.
  7. Install the power window switch. See WINDOW SWITCH .
