Rollover Support Function, Checking With Convertible Top Open

Requirements:

The convertible top is opened.

Removal Procedures:

-- Remove both rollover protection trim pieces. Refer to the appropriate service information .

Procedure:

-- Connect the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC TESTER, CONNECTING .

-- Select the Diagnostic mode and start the diagnosis.

-- Perform the vehicle identification.

-- Deselect "Working with Guided Fault Finding" by removing v and pressing Accept .

-- Switch to the "Special Functions" tab and select the following program:

15 - Rollover support output diagnostic test mode

-- Start the program using Perform test... .

-- Continue the program sequence.

Installation procedures occur in reverse order.
