DTC 1402: Audio Error 2
NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first (see BATTERY TEST ).
- This navigation DTC sets when the audio-navigation unit detects a mechanical malfunction in the CD/DVD player.
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information .
- Clear the hard error code .
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode, then back to ON (II), or the ON mode.
- Check for the hard error code .
Is DTC 1402 indicated?
YES - Check if the audio system functions are working properly. If any problems are found, go to affected troubleshooting in audio information. ■
NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. ■
