Fuel Pressure Regulator Replacement

  1. Remove the fuel tank unit (see FUEL TANK UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  ).
  2. Disconnect the fuel gauge sending unit connector (A).

  3. Remove the cover (B).
  4. Remove the clip (A).

  5. Remove the fuel pressure regulator (B).
  6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new O-rings (C) lubricated with clean engine oil.

    Make sure the regulator is installed with the drain hole (D) facing down.
