Fuel Rails & Injectors: Removal

Relieve fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Remove engine harness cover(s). On Legend, refer to illustration. See Fig 1. On all models, unplug injector electrical connectors. Place a rag over pressure regulator fuel return hose.
Disconnect vacuum hose and fuel return hose from pressure regulator. Disconnect fuel line from fuel rail. Remove fuel rail retaining nuts and fuel rail. Remove injectors from intake manifold.
